Central Works Council inquiry application to the Netherlands Enterprise Court of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal

The Central Works Council (COR) of Eneco Groep NV has lodged an application for an inquiry with the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Eneco Group regrets that these legal steps have been taken and, as in previous weeks, will make every effort to find a solution to prevent this procedure from going ahead. Partly with this in mind, Eneco Group is now refraining from making substantive comments on the application.

If the procedure does nevertheless proceed, on behalf of Eneco Group the Executive Board will inform the court of the facts of which it is aware concerning the course of events that the Works Council is calling into question. The Supervisory Board and other interested parties may also act accordingly in the procedure.
