RJT Finance invests in Luminext

Today, RJT Finance acquired a majority interest in Luminext, part of Eneco Group. Eneco Group remains actively involved with the company as a shareholder. Luminext leads the market in smart, energy-saving dimming systems and cloud software for public lighting management in the Netherlands. The involvement of this new investor offers Luminext the opportunity to continue to grow optimally.

Director Robert Tissing of RJT Finance also becomes a member of the company’s board of directors. He says: ‘Luminext is a company with a proven reliable product that helps municipalities, provinces and industry to become more sustainable. I look forward to work with the current management on taking the company to the next level.
